These are my recent photographs of bicycle components from Campagnolo, Cinelli, and Speedplay. Long considered to be the mainstay of the professional peloton in bicycle racing, these components are as beautiful as they are functional. Formed from titanium, carbon fiber, and steel, I chose to treat them more like jewelry, highlighting the forms and colors of each piece. The fact that they are mostly black added to the challenge and the beauty for me.
